Ownership Benefits

As an owner, you will own 10% of a single asset debt free Belize corporation that owns the lot with home on it as well as all of the vehicle, furniture and other assets associated with the property.

Owners can sell their share at any time. Given the current and expected future growth in Placencia and the proven excellent rental history, an owner should be able to liquidate their share with relative ease and at a fair profit, should they so desire. Owners also have additional flexibility with the opportunity to trade in their share for a full time home constructed by Vision Properties if they later decide they would like to make Placencia their full time residence or own traditional vacation home.

The Management of the Property is self-directed. There are no outside entities controlling the management of this property. All investment and management decisions are made by majority vote of the owners of the property.
Each owner has exclusive access to the property for 5 weeks out of the year. They have the ability to generate rental income by renting all or part of their selected time.

Ownership Terms

A one-time investment: from $150,000 to $289,000 depending on the specific home.

Low annual owner expenses are split evenly among the owners. Expenses include: Property Taxes; Insurance; Utilities; On-site Staff, Home and Vehicle Maintenance and Improvements; the expenses will be offset by rental income earned throughout the year with the home producing a good positive cash flow to owners.
